Age Limit & Eligibility Requirements
By registering for or using vip3, you confirm that:
- You are at least 21 years of age.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Deposit Rules

- Withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
- In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, vip3 may hold a withdrawal pending investigation.
- Bonus funds for which the wagering requirement has not been met cannot be withdrawn.
Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
vip3 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing users. These bonuses are subject to the following general terms:
Welcome Bonus
- A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
- Example: deposit ৳34,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 → total balance ৳54,000.
- The bonus amount will never exceed ৳20,000.
Wagering Requirements
- The wagering requirement is 25 times — applicable to the bonus amount only (not the deposit).
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Certain games or bet types may not count toward wagering — please check the individual terms for each promotion.
Additional bonus rules:
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; unused bonuses are automatically cancelled after expiry.
- Each bonus is usable only once — attempting to claim the same offer more than once may result in account closure.
- vip3 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
General Betting Rules
vip3 offers betting on casino games, slots, bingo, arcade games, and various sports including cricket. The following general rules apply when placing bets:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Incomplete or invalid rounds due to technical errors are automatically cancelled and the bet amount is refunded.
- The data stored on the server is final for determining the outcome of any game.
- If a bet or round is affected by loss of internet connection, vip3 will make a decision based on the record for that situation.
- If the rules of a tournament or league change in sports betting, vip3 will determine the bet outcome accordingly.
- vip3 reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet or market.

Prohibited Activities

Account Closure & Termination
You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. The following applies in the event of account closure:
- All pending bets will be settled before the account is closed.
- It is recommended to withdraw funds for which wagering requirements have been met before closing the account.
- If a Self-Exclusion request is made, the account cannot be reactivated before the designated period has ended.
- vip3 also reserves the right to close an account due to a breach of the Terms.
vip3 may close an account for any reason and without prior notice if these Terms or any legal obligations are violated. In such cases, any funds legally owed will be returned, but bonus funds will not be refunded.
